Everybody should see the „Hungarian Versailles”, the palace in Gödöllő, which is located only 30 km from Budapest. The palace is one of the most beautiful ensambles of baroque buildings. The palace was built (1735-1749) by the secret counselor of Maria Theresa. The impressive building was used from the second half of the 19th century as summer residence of Francis Joseph I. emperor of Austria and Hungary and his wife, Elisabeth (Sissy).
- INTERIOR VISIT - ROYAL GARDENS WITH BOWER AND PAVILION-COFFEE or SOFT DRINK AT THE PALACE CAFÉ. TOUR THROUGHT THE GARDENS OF THE CASTLE.
